Welcome to Bright Horizons at Halsey!

A great place to learn and grow.

Welcome to Bright Horizons!  At our NAEYC accredited center, we provide high-quality back-up care to children and families. Our early childhood education professionals provide a special kind of care for children, designed to help them feel safe and secure in a new and unfamiliar environment. Our mission is to engage children in developmentally appropriate opportunities for play and discovery, and to help parents feel at ease when there are breakdowns in their regular care arrangements. What Parents are Saying

Our greatest advocates are also our closest friends.

"The Staff at backup is excellent. My son only goes 3-4 times a year, yet they know who he is when we get there. The staff is awesome. He has gone there since he was 2 and he's now 10 and still likes going there."

Bright Horizons Foundation for Children Celebrates 15 Years!

Bright Horizons Foundation for ChildrenThe Bright Horizons Foundation for Children honors its 15th anniversary with Voices of Gratitude, a digital magazine celebrating the difference our programs make in people's lives. To date, thousands of partners, volunteers, and donors have shared their time, resources, and knowledge across hundreds of communities and now serve more than 100,000 children a year through Bright Spaces, volunteering, and grants.

We offer nutritious snacks twice a day. If you would like your child to have a hot lunch, please use a thermos. Pack perishable food or beverages in an insulated lunch bag with a cold pack. Parents are also invited to drop off lunch, or take their child out to lunch.
