You Will Need:
One box of cake mix, icing, oil, water, applesauce, muffin pan, and cupcake liners
Mix cake mix, water, and oil according to the directions on the box. Instead of adding eggs to the mix, add one cup of applesauce. Place liners in the muffin pan. Bake cupcakes according to the directions on the box, or until cupcakes are golden brown.
Make sure to check cupcakes with a toothpick to ensure they’re done. Let cupcakes cool completely before frosting. If you are planning to use sprinkles or any other topping, read the ingredient list. Some sprinkles are manufactured in a plant that uses eggs and/or nuts.
