Welcome to our back-up center, Bright Horizons Houston. We opened our doors to provide back-up care to children and families in January 2001. Serving children ages 6 weeks through 12 years, our highly skilled teachers and caregivers provide a special kind of care for children, designed to help them feel safe and secure in a new and unfamiliar environment. Our mission is to engage every child in developmentally appropriate opportunities for play and discovery and to help parents feel at ease when there are breakdowns in their regular care situations. The center is conveniently located in Downtown Houston on the backside of the 1001 McKinney Building at the corner of Fannin and Walker. We offer 30 minutes parking validation, and parents are encouraged to park in designated Bright Horizons spaces or non-reserved spaces. We are proud to be a NAEYC accredited center!
